ASDC Central Announces its Athlete Enhancement Program Participants

ASDC Central kicked off the 2011 edition of Athlete Enhancement Program unveiling the participants at the 8th Annual Breakfast of Champions featuring Jennifer Jones.

The Athlete Enhancement Program (AEP) is for the emerging and elite athletes in central Alberta and they receive a variety of sport science supports so that they can stay at home longer while still receiving high quality service.  Those services include: performance testing, strength & conditioning, mental skills training, sport nutrition, injury prevention, biomechanics, media training, sponsorship support and much more.

This year’s program features 26 athletes representing 19 different sports from 9 different central Alberta communities.
